The Mushroom Kingdom is getting its own line of amiibo toys as Nintendo reveals its fourth wave of Super Smash Bros. figures.

The latest Nintendo Direct has revealed the next sets of amiibo figurines for our mantles. This time consumers will be fighting a financial war on two different fronts. The fourth wave of Super Smash Bros. amiibo figurines includes Charizard, Robin and Lucina from Fire Emblem: Awakening, Pac-Man, Wario, and Ness. These amiibo toys will be launching this spring. Pro-tip from your friends at ArcadeSushi: we don't expect Ness to last very long on shelves, so get on that one ASAP.

Preceding this wave is the first non-Super Smash Bros.- oriented amiibo series, focusing instead on the Super Mario Bros. franchise. This new set will include amiibo vets Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach and Yoshi, while also adding Toad to the lineup for the first time. These new statues will launch alongside Mario Party 10 on March 20th and will work with the exclusive amiibo Party Mode within the game. A Mario Party 10/amiibo bundle will also launch on March 20th.

Best of all, the five veteran amiibos will work for both Super Smash Bros. and Mario Party 10, although only one game's data can be stored at a time on each figure. While it sounds like a bummer, this is something Nintendo warned from the beginning, so don't act too surprised.
