T.F. Deputies Investigate Sunday Shooting

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – A woman was shot outside her home Sunday night, the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office has told News Radio 1310 Monday afternoon.

Cheyann Mardell-Evans, 23, was shot outside her home just before 9:30 p.m. south of Twin Falls. She was transported by ground ambulance to St. Lukes Magic Valley Hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

This is an active investigation, according to the sheriff's office, but deputies believe this to be an isolated incident.
