August is the pre-Halloween season for many Idaho fanatics of the masked celebration. My Twin Falls neighbors go big every year in the decorations department, and right now there are some exciting things on the horizon that can aid with planning.

The shower gets its name from the fact the meteors appear to originate from the Perseus Constellation. The shower can be viewed across the United States and Canada, and parts of Europe as well.

One of the most spectacular eclipses in history will pass right over Idaho on August 21 this year. But, not everywhere in Idaho will be ideal to see this special event. If you want to really have the best view, here are the prime Idaho locations where you will want to be.
