TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Saturday was Game Day in Twin Falls, and according to their coaches and family members Idaho’s Special Olympians had a blast.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Athletes of many ages from across the state are competing today in the state’s Special Olympics at Canyon Ridge High School and City Pool.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Some of them ran, others rode bicycles, but they all had the same goal: promote the Special Olympics and encourage the athletes.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The 2016 Special Olympics Idaho is official underway. Opening ceremonies were held at Friday evening at Canyon Ridge High School, where athletic teams from across the state were welcomed.
