IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Falls Police have arrested two teenage boys for robbing a convenience store with a baseball bat.

The Post Register reports that officers arrested the 13-year-old and 15-year-old after a robbery report from a Stinker Station store at about 1 a.m. Monday. Police say one of the boys used the bat to threaten the clerk and break glass. Officers say they found a boy hiding behind a dumpster, but he jumped into a van.

Police chased the van and eventually arrested the 13-year-old for robbery and resisting arrest and the 15-year-old for robbery and eluding. The younger teen told police he was involved in a robbery at Country Corner Market on Sunday. Prosecutors are charging the 15-year-old as an adult and have filed a motion to move the other boy to adult court.
