Be ready to fire, earth, air and water-bend your way through The Legend of Korra now that we know when this new Platinum Games title is finally coming out.

Activision has announced The Legend of Korra will finally be hitting consoles this October. This sequel to 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' takes place 70 years after Aang's adventures. You control Korra, the newest Avatar, who has the ability to use all four elements to her advantage to help save the world. Developed by Platinum Games, its no surprise that this game plays similarly to the third-person combat of Bayonetta. We have also learned that Pro-Bending, the sport from the Nickelodeon series, will be the form of The Legend of Korra's online multiplayer. In Pro-Bending, two teams of three benders each will try to push each other off of a floating battlefield.

The Legend of Korra brings all four forms of element-bending to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC on Oct. 21. It will be hitting Xbox 360 and Xbox One the next day. The Legend of Korra: A New Era Begins is a strategy RPG based on the new Avatar's adventures which will be hitting the Nintendo 3DS on Oct. 28.
