We sing Christmas songs about walking in a winter wonderland, and usually that doesn't bring to mind harsh winds and frozen limbs. I think when we sing that song we somehow convince ourselves that it can be warm and a winter wonderland at the same time.

It can't.

There is a video that seems to be from Sajikot, Pakistan and it is truly beautiful. I'm sure it is extremely cold there judging by the snow on the ground and trees, but this video is a magical drive through a true winter wonderland! And you can watch it from the warmth of your home - so it's like a Christmas miracle.

Do the South Hills ever look this magical draped in blankets of snow or is it just cold up there?
