To Epidural or Epi-Don’t? – Did You Use Pain Medication During Child Birth? [POLL]

Did you or your child's mother use pain medication during child birth or did she Xena Warrior Princess it and birth it cold turkey?

As for me, my baby is due on April 22nd and that will be here VERY soon.  I have so much more I need to do before the little tyke arrives.  Either way though, there is no stopping this train, the kid will come when it comes.

This leaves the question of to epidural or to epi-don't?  I'd like to think that I'm pretty tough, but this will be my first child, so I have NO IDEA WHAT I'M GETTING MYSELF INTO.

What about you?  Did you or your child's mother use pain medications like an epidural during child birth?  Or did you go cold turkey and experience child birth with NO pain medications at all?
