Twin Cinema 12 Sells To Magic Valley Business

The vacant property that once was Twin Cinema 12 is no longer for sale. Twin Cinema 12 located on the corner of Kimberly and Eastland Road in Twin Falls has been for sale since June, 2014.

The theater has been vacant since May 29th 2014 when the business closed its doors.

That is about to change. Beatriz Suarez, Escrow Manager for Lezamiz Real Estate company, confirmed the property was sold to Goode Motor.

Currently, Goode Motor dealerships are located in Burley, Hailey, Sun Valley, and Twin Falls. Goode Motor's Twin Falls locations include two non-dealer properties. One property is located on Highland Avenue, while the other is a leased property across from the Goode Motor dealership on Kimberly Road.

Cody Richardson, Goode Motor Mazda's General Manager, stated Goode Motor will be using the new location to consolidate three of their current locations and as well as separate the Volkswagen dealership from the Mazda dealership on Blue Lakes in Twin Falls.

Matt Cook, Goode Motor's owner, purchased the old cinema property on Kimberly road in order to consolidate their re-conditioning department, safety inspection department, mechanical repair department, detail shop, digital center, dealership on Kimberly Road, and Volkswagen dealership into one location. This will eliminate Goode Motor's two non-dealer locations in Twin Falls.

Two Goode Motor Dealerships will be effected by the consolidation. Goode Motor's dealership on Kimberly road (formally known as Mueller Auto) will move to the new Kimberly and Eastland location. And Goode Motor Volkswagen will separate from Goode Motor Mazda on Blue Lakes. All other Goode Motor dealerships will remain unchanged.

Goode Motor is currently in the process of obtaining Twin Falls city permits in order to begin the remodeling project. Richardson says they hope to begin remodeling this Spring.
