Twin Falls has a lot of bike paths. This is a good thing. Maybe I'm alone in my thinking, but there are few things scarier to me in Twin Falls than trying to travel in one of these things.

Full disclosure here. I walk to work. So, there are few choices for my path that isn't a bike path unless I want to take the chance of ticking off a homeowner by walking through their yard. I try to not do this especially considering that one of them has a St. Bernard named "Jewels". I do not want to know how she got that name. But, I digress.

Back to my point, it doesn't seem to me that people in Twin drive very carefully when they're near these bike paths. On one particularly snowy morning, I had many drivers zooming by me and a couple came a little closer than I would have liked to making me a hood ornament.

Do you and/or your family bike in Twin Falls? If so, do you feel safe in the bike lanes? I hope my experience is the exception.
