Twin Falls Man Facing Rape Charges

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Twin Falls man charged with one count of rape plead not guilty in court on Tuesday.

20 year old Daniel Jesus Alonzo Jr. Was arrested back in early January after he and another man, identified as Johnny Jesus Palomo, allegedly raped a 17 year old girl in Twin Falls. Alonzo appeared in custody in court on Tuesday.

No information was available as to when Alonzo will be back in the courtroom. But a judge has ruled prosecutors have enough evidence to take the case to trial.
