With restaurant dining rooms closed throughout the country due to the financial, as well as health effects of the Coronavirus, some restaurants are stepping up and altering menus to ease the strain on families.

Olive Garden announced via its Twitter page on March 30, that the restaurant has now made a change to the current curbside pickup menu that was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. For weeks the restaurant has been offering car pickup entrees as a means to continue generating revenue with dining room seating unavailable to the public.

I personally haven't had the opportunity to eat at our Twin Falls location yet. With the addition of this recent, cost-friendly addition to the car pickup menu, I might be ordering from them very soon.

Many restaurants across the United States are surviving alone on delivery and pickup services, so it's very important that we do what we can to make sure our favorite restaurants whether this storm.

Customers can now take advantage of a buy one, get one entrée free, addition to the curbside menu, for just $12.99.  A phone call to the Twin Falls Olive Garden, at 1597 Pole Line Road East, verified the addition to the menu.

The restaurant is offering a handful of hot entrée choices to choose from, including Fettuccine Alfredo, Cheese Ravioli with Marinara, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Chicken Parmigiana. The take home entrées will be served cold, and can be reheated at home.

The Olive Garden in Twin Falls is also offering delivery. To place a delivery order, call 208-735-5201.
