2,977 people were killed, no 2,977 American's were murdered on September 11th, 2001.  That was twelve years ago and we all remember where we were and what we were doing when we heard or saw the news.  I will never forget.

About a week ago, I watched this documentary called "The Falling Man."

I remember seeing people falling from the towers on the news the morning of the attack.  The moment I saw them falling, I knew this was serious.  I knew it was a terrorist attack.  I knew those people jumping were controlling the very last thing they could control before they died.  I knew that I would have done the same thing.

We should never forget what happened both on September 11th, 2001 as well as the days following.  Do you remember how we all stood together?  Americans shoulder-to-should, of all religions, nationalities, ethnicity, sexual orientations.

I'm not a politician, but I can tell you this nation needs to come together and walk together in the right direction.  Maybe remembering September 11th, 2001 is the best way to do that?
