UPDATED: TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Emergency crews responded to medical call early this morning at a Twin Falls sugar factory after two people were burned. According to Twin Falls dispatch firefighters were called at 4:48 a.m. to Amalgamated Sugar Company. According to Twin Falls Fire Department Officials one person was taken by ground ambulance to the hospital while another person had to be taken by air ambulance. In a statement released by Amalgamated Sugar Company, a tank containing hot liquid overflowed onto the employees. The written statement also noted "Our immediate priority is helping our injured employees and their families, and ensuring that any related safety concerns are addressed."  The two employees were taken to Salt Lake City for treatment, but the company could not provide their current condition. Amalgamated Sugar Co. says the Occupation Safety and Health Administration has been called to investigate the incident.
