Two-year-old Idaho Girl Dies In Motorhome Fire
BONNER COUNTY, Idaho (KTVB) - Bonner County Chief Deputy, David Hale, confirmed on Wednesday that a two-year-old girl died in a motorhome fire in Oldtown on Tuesday.
According to Hale, a structure fire was reported around 8 p.m. on Tuesday on Hoo Doo Loop Road in Oldtown. Deputies said the motorhome was completely engulfed in flames when they arrived.
Hale said the child was alone inside of the motorhome and other adults were at or near the location. The fire began inside, Hale said.
Authorities identified the girl as Genevieve Winn.
Officials said the fire is still under investigation, but said it could be related to an electrical problem.
An autopsy is scheduled for later today.
