JEROME, Idaho (KLIX) Drivers in Jerome will see some construction on
South Lincoln Avenue this week as city crews work to replace an aging waterline. According to the city of Jerome, work started on pipes that run under East Avenue F and east Avenue I that are old and too small to provide the need water. This project will completely replace the old line with new ones, including fire hydrants and water meters. Single lane two way traffic will be allowed in the impacted area of Avenue E and Avenue K. Drivers are asked to plan on delays in the work zone.
