What Is The Best Way To Get Rid Of a Skunk?

Last week, I was sitting on my back patio and I saw what I thought was a kitty. Turns out this was not a kitty. It was a cute a little skunk. I was hoped it was just passing through the neighborhood, but I've seen the little guy a few more times.

What I'm really scared about is this is a momma skunk that has set up camp somewhere on my property. One skunk is a concern, but a momma skunk and 3 or 4 babies that's a huge concern. What's the best way to re-locate this cute little creature?
