What Is The Best Way To Track Your Weight?
I've never been on a special diet to lose or gain weight. The thought of having to monitor my food intake sounds horrible - plus knowing what I eat and how much might not be good. I don't want to be in any future medical books as an example of doing life wrong. Because of that this article will not be about how you should take care of yourself.
The crazy thing is that I'm not the only one like that. We have all of this technology that tells us how to be healthy and many people just go around each day and if they feel soft around the middle, they do a few sit-ups and call it good.
A survey was recently done that found the majority of people decide if they need to lose weight just by how their pants fit! Which is crazy because all clothes are a little tight fresh out of the dryer, and all clothes fit differently anyways. Sure we all have a highly advanced scale to weight ourselves on in our homes. But we still look in the mirror or put on tight pants to decide if we have gained weight.
