You know it's coming. One of these days, we're gonna get snowed on. But, the million dollar question is what day will that be?

In Southern Idaho, we're in that in-between area where it could snow in October, but normally it's November when the white stuff descends on us.

I reached out to KMVT meteorologist Brian Neudorff and he said that the "average" first day of snow in the Magic Valley is November 14. You know what that means. We are overdue now.

According to their data, Boise normally receives their first snow on November 19. The earliest they've ever seen snow was on October 10 back in 2008.
