Will You Stick To Your 2015 Resolutions
The time is here for half of the world to decide to go to the gym...and only make it about a month. I don't mean to be harsh, but I think it is the truth. My wife goes to the gym 5 times a week and sometimes she drags me along...which I think technically counts as a work out. In the first few months there is a definite influx of people, but usually by the end of January it is back to normal and you don't have to battle for a treadmill.
I was one of those in 2014. I made a goal to run a 7 minute mile. I actually started working on my goal in the Spring and made ran my fastest mile at 7 minutes 24 seconds. After that we went on vacation and I decided I was done running.
This year I have decided to not perpetuate the problem and my resolution will not involve attending the gym. You are welcome.
