Willie Nelson Won’t Have To Sing To Get Out Of Pot Charges
Yesterday I reported that Willie Nelson would have to sing just to get out of his pot charges. I also bitched about how the judge was overstepping on this one.
I guess enough people bitched and according to Rolling Stone the judge had this to say:
Judge Becky Dean-Walker told the Associated Press that the idea – presented by Hudspeth County Attorney Kit Bramblett – was just a joke and "it got out of hand." Nelson will be able to plead guilty and pay a small fine without appearing in court.
