SPIRIT LAKE, Idaho (KLIX)-A 39-year-old driver was killed in a head-on crash Thursday afternoon near Spirit Lake. According to Idaho State Police, the 39-year-old was in an Acura sedan headed north on State Highway 41 when it crossed the center line and hit a Dodge Dakota pickup head-on. ISP said the 39-year-old did not have a seat belt on and was killed. The female driver of the pickup was flown to a hospital in Spokane, Washington; a juvenile passenger was taken to an area hospital. The crash blocked the highway for more than two hours.
