DISCLAIMER: Now, before I go any further, if you can't take a joke stop reading. Obviously this is satire so don't take life too seriously right now.

I love Twin Falls but man, some things can be a real drag. If you know, you know. So, I have come up with things that really suck about living in Twin Falls

It's way too hard to figure out where to go for dinner

There are so many great restaurants. Do you want some great diner food from Norm's? Maybe a dinner with a view at Elevation 486? Oh, you all can't decide so you want to check out the 2nd South Market food hall and really make those decisions difficult? Maybe a food truck like Porked Out sounds good? Or ole reliable like Depot Grill. A great hang out spot with great food and drinks like Anchor? No matter what you decide it is going to be a tough decision.

The scenery is way too beautiful

The Shoshone Falls are stunning. Checking out all the springs around the canyon is so time consuming. Walking along the Snake River Canyon, that is so beautiful it might make your eyes bleed. Kayaking on the river, now that is so peaceful you just may take a nap. So much beauty it hurts.

The people are way too friendly

People randomly offer to help you when you get stuck in a snow bank or when you need to carry something heavy into your house. Complete strangers will wave and smile at you and strike up a conversation. Before you know it you feel like everyone around you is a friend even though you have no idea what their name is. Oh, and neighbors offering to help and bringing cookies?! That is just insane.

There is so many talented artists and performers around here

There is live music virtually everywhere you go around here. You can't throw a rock without hitting EllieMae performing her amazing music to a captivated audience. There is the dueling pianos that play at Koto all the time. Heath Clark is another great local talent. It is hard to try to catch them all because they are all over the place. How do you decide? Not to mention Gordy's Hwy 30 Music Festival every year. Dang that draws some amazing talent to this area and it makes you want to see them all!

The great outdoors are just too vast

You can go hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, camping, you name it you can do it outdoors around here. And that is exactly the problem. How am I going to decide whether or not I want to go ice fishing this weekend or go skiing up at Magic?! How can I be trusted to make such difficult decisions as an adult! There is too much to do!

Downtown is getting way too cool

Downtown Twin Falls has become a hang out place. It is getting way too cool. With great eating and drinking options like Magic Valley Brewing, Koto, Dunken's, Slice, Twin Falls Sandwich Company and so much more people are drawn to it. Plus, there is always something going on down there. Between the live music, the events, the farmers markets, there is always something to do down there. It is getting way too cool down there.

Watching the BASE jumpers is so scary

It 100 percent terrifies me that these people are brave enough and crazy enough to jump off the Perrine Bridge. That being said, it is captivating. These people are fearless and they come to Twin Falls for the sole purpose of jumping off the bridge! What?!
