Tony Shalhoub’s New CBS Role Is Anything But a ‘Monk’
After years and a number of Emmys earned playing obsessive-compulsive USA detective ‘Monk,’ Tony Shalhoub has his pick of the litter when it comes to new roles. Is it any wonder then, that he’d eye a return to comedy on the TV landscape’s most popular network for comedy, CBS? But who might the character actor play following the fastidious Adrian Monk, and what show would bring him back to the smal
‘The Big Bang Theory’ Season 6 Still Rolling After Mayim Bialik’s "Big Bang"
Never fear, fans of ‘The Big Bang Theory‘ anxiously awaiting the show’s sixth season. A little applied physics never hurt anybody, at least seriously enough to delay taping. Well, actually applied physics could kill any number of people based on its principles alone, but not today! Despite a (reportedly) gruesome car crash, actress Mayim Bialik will live to hold Sheldon Cooper’s hand once more. Bu
‘The Mindy Project’ Drafts 3 NBA Players As Guest Stars
You know, there are a lot of easy jokes that can be made whenever a woman gets herself in line with three basketball players, but for now we’ll leave the comedy to Mindy Kaling and the good people writing FOX’s ‘The Mindy Project.’ It’s an NBA three-pointer as FOX’s freshman comedy ‘The Mindy Project’ has scouted NBA stars Amar’e Stoudemire, Baron Davis, and Danny Granger for guest appearances in

‘Smash’ Season 2 Adds ‘Will & Grace’ Star, Because Of Course It Does
Well, that didn’t take very long. Just about ever since we knew that Debra Messing was making a regular return to TV, centered on theatre with NBC’s ‘Smash,’ no less, we knew it to be a matter of time before the stars of Messing’s former hit ‘Will & Grace’ put in an appearance. However, Will won’t be piping up just yet, rather Jack, as Sean Hayes has signed for a multi-episode arc! Who will
CNN Looking To Reality TV and Late-Night Talk Shows. Oh Joy.
Understandably, all TV networks have to adapt to keep pace with a changing landscape. Just a few short years ago, we relied on The History Channel for educational programming rather than extra-terrestrial conspiracy theorists and original series, and now it seems that the notoriously stagnant CNN is looking to shake up its image in the coming years as well. Just what do they have in mind, and wh

We’d already heard that legendary singer Michael Bolton would be dropping by the show
Edward Norton Will Take the Cloth for ‘The Simpons’ Season 24

From playing a minister in 2000′s ‘Keeping the Faith’ to one of his more famous roles as an altar boy in ‘Primal Fear,’ the ‘Avengers‘ dropout and ‘Bourne Legacy‘ star will once again be taking holy orders, portraying a priest for ‘The Simpsons” upcoming 24th season. But when Edward Norton hits the scene, what will become of Reverend Lovejoy?

Robert Pattinson Follows Kristen Stewart Breakup With ‘The Daily Show’ Appearance
Everyone loves the first major interview following a public and embarrassing celebrity moment. Some people can laugh at the humor of the situation, as Fred Willard did on David Letterman following his recent public masturbation arrest, but will Robert Pattinson let his icy vampire exterior warm during his first major public appearance following Kristen Stewart‘s embarrassing affair? Who will be th
Olympics 2012 Athlete Ryan Lochte Could Be the Next Reality TV Star
Now, there isn’t necessarily a correlation between those tuning into the 2012 Olympics, and those who watch reality TV, but it’s no secret that the more public attention one attracts the more likely people are going to try every means of capitalizing on their fame. Gold Medal-winning swimmer (and admitted pool-peer) Ryan Lochte has certainly attracted his fair share of attention outside of his ath
