A Magic Valley teenager is in desperate need of help. If you're blood type is A plus and you're in relatively good health, you can potentially save a life in the coming days.

Organ donation might be life's greatest gift. It takes a special person to offer up a literal piece of themselves, but that's exactly what we're asking the community to consider doing.

A 2025 area high school graduate and current College of Southern Idaho nursing student is fighting for her life. Her name is Brook Devers, and it breaks my heart to say that she is very close to complete kidney failure. Brook has transitioned into hospice care.

It's imperative that anyone who is considering offering this incredible gesture up to Brook reach out immediately. To reach Brook's mother Tammy directly, call 208- 670-5606.
