Multiple Longtime Twin Falls Co. Businesses Just Closed Doors
For anyone who has cruised through downtown Twin Falls or Buhl lately, you may have noticed bare showroom floors or signage signaling the end of an era for two southern Idaho businesses that have been around a while, one of which occupied a Shoshone Street corner and has been part of a chain in the state for over 60 years.
It's always sad when our local businesses shut their doors for good, regardless of the reason why. Sometimes the reasons are positive, for instance retirement. The absence of a business after years of operation becomes big news in town, and two area establishments recently shut off lights permanently in Twin Falls County.
I noticed some unusual goings-on just after Christmas at the 300 block of Shoshone Street South in Twin Falls. I drive right past the building five days a week headed to work. It wasn't long into the new year when the showroom floor of Brady's went totally bare.

The other recent southern Idaho closure that took many by surprise was Magic Valley Brewing in Buhl. The owner made the announcement two weeks ago on their Meta page and thanked the community for their decade run of serving up cold beer and good memories.
We want to thank both businesses for serving the community, and wish the staff the best of luck with their new endeavors.
