Have you been wanting to get in a hot spring this winter? Maybe you have never been to the Eagle Tree and want to head out to see the bald eagles this year. You have a chance to do both, and you don't even have to drive to them. If you don't want to go alone, you can also have the opportunity to make some new friends as well.

Eagles Tree and Hot Spring With CSI

The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) is hosting an event this Thursday, January 20 for anyone in the community that wants to go to the Eagle Tree, as well as the Banbury Hot Springs. If you want to attend, register on the CSI website.

Cost of the Event

The cost for the event is reasonably priced at only $8 for CSI students, $12 for faculty and staff, and $15 for anyone in the community. The costs cover transportation plus admission into the hot springs. Make sure to bring a towel, swimsuit, dry clothes to change into after, and potentially a water or snack.

What To Expect

The Eagle Tree is where eagles like to gather in the winter and sleep for the night. It is well known to the area and a must-see for anyone around Twin Falls. Seeing bald eagles is rare for most of the country, so take advantage of this opportunity and head out to see them.

The hot springs should be a nice way to warm up and relax after working most of the week. It is a great way to unwind and potentially make some new friends as you all relax together. This is a great event to help meet people in the community, and if not, then at least enjoy yourself without having to drive.

If the Eagle Tree and hot springs aren't your things, there is a ton to be offered with CSI. Even though it is a college, they have classes, events, shows, and more all offered to anyone in the community, and usually at reasonable prices. It is rare that colleges include the community so much and is something unique and neighborly that CSI offers. It is a great way to be involved in the community, meet new people and find fun new things to do. Make sure to check out the CSI events calendar regularly for events going on in the area.

Grab your swimsuit and dust it off, get a towel and head out to the hot springs this week, see some bald eagles and hopefully make some new friends. Unwind, relax and enjoy the warm water as you forget your worries and let them float away. It should be a fun time for everyone and something you won't want to miss out on.
