Dietrich Teen Responds to Charges Related to Sexual Assault

GOODING, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - One of the accused in an assault case that took place at Dietrich High School last fall appeared in court Tuesday. John R.K. Howard, 18, pleaded not guilty to a felony forcible penetration by use of a foreign object charge while at the Gooding County Courthouse Tuesday afternoon. Howard is one of three high school boys charged for the alleged sexual assault that took place in October 2015. Howard is the only one of the three boys being charged as an adult. His next court conference is slated for Sept. 12 at 11 a.m. via telephone.
