Emergency Alert System National Test Today At Noon

No it's not like War of The Worlds, but it is a real test.   Today at Noon an alert will come onto every single radio and television station.  Here's the legal mumbo-jumbo:

On November 9th at approximately 12:00 PM MTN, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System. It will be heard on the radio and seen on broadcast, cable, and satellite TV. As Federal, State, tribal, territorial and local governments prepare for and test their capabilities, this event serves as a reminder that everyone should establish an emergency preparedness kit and emergency plan for themselves, their families, communities, and businesses.
