What's it like to go through life looking like a well-known cartoon character? Luckily, most of us will never know. But these unfortunate individuals all have the dubious distinction of looking like characters from 'Family Guy.'

In fact, the internet abounds with doppelgangers of nearly the entire cast. Peter, Lois, Meg, Chris, even Quagmire, are all there. Yes, there's even a Stewie clone. We pity the guy who has that football-shaped head. Check out 10 'Family Guy' lookalikes below.

Peter Griffin

Not only does this man closely resemble Peter Griffin, but, if this photo is to be believed, he even shares the character's name. Maybe it's just us, but we could easily envision this multiple-chinned guy spontaneously singing 'Surfin' Bird' just like Peter.

Lois Griffin

In general, Lois Griffin is the voice of reason to Peter's constant hi-jinks. She has, however, had brushes with bulimia, gambling addiction, kleptomania and even an extramarital affair with President Bill Clinton. Does this woman look like Mrs. Griffin in real life? She's pretty darn close, we think.

Chris Griffin

Of all the comparisons out there between Chris Griffin and real people, this one comes closest. With his shaggy hair and round face, this rotund fellow mirrors Chris in many ways. And, as an added bonus, this guy could also pass for Chris Farley or comedy writer Bruce Vilanch in a dimly lit room. Actually, we're not entirely sure this isn't Bruce Vilanch.

Meg Griffin

Poor Meg Griffin! As 'Family Guy' has evolved over the years, nearly all the characters, with the notable exception of Quagmire, has shown an intense dislike for the teenage girl for no apparent reason. This woman's resemblance to Meg is simply uncanny, from her pink beanie all the way down to her white sneakers. Though it does beg the question, "Who would cosplay as Meg Griffin?"

Stewie Griffin

Were sportscaster John Clayton and Stewie Griffin separated at birth? Well, they do have the same giant head. From what we've seen of Clayton's work on ESPN, he doesn't seem to have any of Stewie's megalomania or desire to take over the world ... at least we hope he doesn't.

Brian Griffin

Although he likes his drink a bit too much, anthropomorphic family pet Brian is one of the most likeable characters in the Griffin clan. This adorable real-life pooch makes a passable Brian, but we doubt he'll be authoring a failed novel called "Faster Than the Speed of Love" anytime soon.

Quagmire

If there's one 'Family Guy' character you don't want to resemble, it's probably Glenn Quagmire. Still, the misogynistic Quagmire has one thing going for him -- plenty of luck with the ladies. So, what puts the "giggity" in his real-life counterpart? Maybe it's his pronounced jawline or awesome flame-print shirt. Or maybe it's the fact that he's clearly kidnapped that poor woman in the photo. Oh, Quagmire.

Herbert

With his unrequited lust for Chris, neighbor Herbert is hands down the creepiest character on 'Family Guy.' In the episode "The Courtship of Stewie's Father," Herbert dons a dress and a wig and sings 'Somewhere That's Green' from 'Little Shop of Horrors' while imagining a perfect life with Chris. The elderly woman here seems to capture that vibe perfectly. Maybe too perfectly.

Bruce

Despite a recurring role in which he's appeared as a deacon, a therapist, a medium, a lawyer, a masseur and a barman, Bruce from 'Family Guy'  isn't the best-known character. But, then again, neither is actor Jon Gries, who played Uncle Rico in 'Napoleon Dynamite.' These two could be long-lost relatives, yes?

'Til Death

Some keen-eyed internet observer noticed the eerie similarities between Peter's brain-damaged horse 'Til Death, who was named after the critically-panned Fox sitcom, and bizarre 4Chan meme Staredog. 'Family Guy' fans will recall that the walleyed horse ultimately died of a heart attack. Staredog doesn't seem to be doing much better.

Cleveland

Okay, so maybe Cleveland has graduated to his own show. But many fans have noticed a resemblance between the affable Cleveland and actor Leslie David Baker, aka the far-less-affable Stanley from 'The Office.' (Must be the mustache.) Maybe they're long-lost brothers. How about a 'Cleveland Show'/'Office' crossover to clear up this mystery?
