Greg Lutz and family are originally from Twin Falls. They now live in the Ft. Collins/Greeley area of Colorado. Recently, they learned their son, Jakeb, has an incurable muscle disease and they're reaching out to their friends in the Magic Valley seeking help.

Here are the details of what Jakeb is facing from the family's GoFundMe page.

Jakeb has a disease called CMT( Charcot-Marie-Tooth). It is a peripheral neuropathy disease that affects the outer extremities  and over time deterioration of nerves and muscles occurs, which has begun with his feet. It's possible that he could end up with leg braces or even lose his ability to walk. At this point we are looking at physical therapy to keep movement active, and we will be attending some clinics with different specialists. This is an incurable disease at this time and unfortunately, the testing and some of the care is not covered under insurance.

If you want more information or would like to reach out to the family, you can contact them through Greg's Facebook page or the aforementioned GoFundMe page.
