The Super Bowl is Sunday, February 13th. If you aren't a big fan of the Los Angeles Rams or the Cincinnati Bengals but are a fan of the Boise State Broncos, we have some good news for you. You may have some emotional investment after all.

The former Boise State Bronco Donte Deayon is playing for the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl. He has been going back and forth from the practice squad to the active roster and he is officially active for Super Bowl Sunday. The former Bronco may get a Super Bowl ring after all.

Donte Deayon is a cornerback that was originally signed by the New York Giants and was undrafted. The Los Angeles Rams snagged him in 2019. In 2021 Deayon played in 10 games, started 1. He has had 20 solo tackles this year, 5 assisted tackles, and no sacks, yet. Even if you aren't a huge Rams fan, it will be fun to root for this guy and see if he gets himself a Super Bowl ring.

Donte Deayon played for the Boise State Broncos until 2015 and he got quite a few college accolades. He was a three-time All-Mountain West Second Team, he was a two-time preseason Jim Thorpe Award Candidate and had 17 career interceptions. That is fifth on the all-time list for Boise State.

The Super Bowl is in SoFi Stadium in California and the game starts at 4:30 pm. Good luck to Donte! Pretty great he has a chance to win a ring.
