Free Hot Tub and More Cool Finds on Facebook Marketplace
The word 'free' is an interesting word. It can make us excited, like free food and free money. We love free stuff when it's good stuff. But free can also make us wary, like free to a good home or free furniture. We assume that if a used item is free, then it must be junk. While that can be true, it isn't always the case.
Free Hot Tub on Facebook Marketplace
I was doom-scrolling Facebook Marketplace when a free hot tub popped up. I had to click on it because I really want a hot tub, and I love free stuff. Of course, since it is listed as free it isn't a brand new and ready to use hot tub. This is also, probably a good time to remind everyone that cleaning the item will better your chances of getting rid of it.
The free hot tub needs an ozonator and you have to haul it away yourself.
More Free Stuff On Facebook Marketplace
Since there was a free hot tub listed, I decided to see what other free stuff there might be. There's a lot. None of it appeals to me, but if you have children or need free (and lightly used) furniture for your house there are some good items if you are willing to put in a little work.
Most of the furniture is worn from use, but the owners claim it to be in good condition still:
Who cares what it looks like if it is comfortable?
It isn't a smart TV, but if you need a TV it wouldn't be smart to pass up 'free'.
If you have a baby, it is almost a guarantee that you don't have enough hangers for their clothes.
It wouldn't be a free list if there weren't a piano on it.
Free Bibles are available too.
This firewood listing is hilarious because it says the condition of the wood is 'Used - Fair'.
