Idaho Lottery Celebrates 25th Anniversary with $250,000 Prize!

Today the Idaho Lottery kicked off their first ever $25 scratch ticket, which could win you $250,000, plus there are a bunch of second chance prizes!  Why?  It's the Idaho Lottery's 25th Anniversary!  Plus the next Power Ball has an estimated jackpot of $400 Million!
