Idaho Town Tops List Of Best Run Cities In The Country. Again.

This is great news for Idaho. For the second year in a row an Idaho city is at the top of the national list of best run cities. Bad news for Boise though because it isn't them this time.

Last year Boise was at the top of the list but this year they got bumped down to 3rd by Provo, Utah and the new champion - Nampa, Idaho!

Nampa gets the honor this year due to their mad budgeting skills along with doing well in the 32 other categories on which WalletHub based their rankings. Plus, I think they got bonus points just for not being Boise.
