Surprisingly, it's not the Idaho Spud. The good people at Slate.com assigned a favorite dessert to every state and they decided that Idaho's favorite is huckleberry pie. It's kind of a layup shot considering the huckleberry is Idaho's state fruit. And if you think about how prevalent the dairy industry is in Idaho, I would suggest that ice cream would be more accurate.
