Idaho Governor Responds to Elon Musk’s ‘Idaho Love’ With Chainsaw

Celebrities are no stranger to Idaho these days--it seems like every week there's a new sighting, visitor, or mention. From celebs singing karaoke in local bars after their shows to the Kardashians camping out at one of the state's fanciest resorts--the secret is out on Idaho.

One guy that may not have thought much about Idaho until recently? Elon Musk.

Known as the 'richest man in the world', Elon Musk is always making news headlines and this time, he's doing so for shouting out Idaho.

His newfound interest in politics has him lined up to, allegedly, hold a position under Donald Trump once he is into the white house and Elon is suddenly interested in government spending and 'cuts'.

This week, Elon shared a graph that shows Idaho's 'de-regulation' and many were excited, including Idaho Governor Brad Little.

The reference comes from his run for Governor this last time around--and at the time, many thought that the chainsaw commercial was a little strange.

While Brad Little claims to be cutting regulations in Idaho, others claim he has added to regulation, or at least allowed the legislature to do so, in ways that are missing the big picture.
