According to a new study, Idahoans are spending more at the grocery store than the average American, by an insane amount. Here in Idaho, we're paying about 25% more at checkout.
If you're doing the math at home, that means we're spending on average around $10,250 on groceries, which is significantly more than households in other parts of the country.
Yes, grocery prices continue to rise here in Fall 2025, and Idahoans don't see any sign of relief at checkout anytime soon.
