The story has made headlines across America and at this time, the 'why' behind the crash is still under investigation and likely will be for some time.
The images of the crash, the landing, and the pilots parachuting down to the ground are all pretty 'amazing', for lack of a better term. They offer the public a look at something that normally, you only hear about -- not see for yourself. The entire situation, however, is something that we never want to have to see or hear about.
Perhaps the best news out of all of this unexpected incident is: there were no fatalities or injuries.
The pilots were located safely and no members of the public or the audience were injured or impacted.
The air show, which was supposed to run for a a bit longer prior to this crash, has been canceled all together and will not go on.
