Idaho Man Sets Guinness Record – Gets A Moist Face

It's pretty tough to stand out in 2025. With a 24/7 news cycle, all kinds of crazy stuff happening on the daily, and folks willing to go to extremes to get attention, it's not easy to cut through.

Unless you're David "Record Breaker" Rush from Idaho. He's pretty much cracked the code.

Okay what did this dude do, and why is his face all wet?

You can probably guess that Rush is a guy who takes his record-breaking pretty seriously. This time around, it was for the most wet sponges thrown at a face in one minute by a team of two.

Read it back. There are no typos. That's literally what he did.

Rush took a total of 96 of those wet boys to the face, setting a new world record. The previous record had been a paltry 93 sponges to the face. How embarrassing.
