Can you believe that someone has a bobcat on a leash!? We always heard these were mean little creatures? 

According to many online wildlife websites--most experts say that while Bobcats can be mean or dangerous, they really aren't. Animal experts claim that Bobcats are far more afraid of humans than we should be of them.

Can they be aggressive? Absolutely.

Bobcats, if threatened, are not going to hesitate to attack. They're fast and strong and can be found all throughout the mountains and foothills of Idaho. It's best to be on the lookout so that you don't stumble across one or get too close to their families. Unfortunately, they blend in quite well!

Experts say that if you're outdoors and you see a bobcat--not to panic but to give it space and back away slowly. Don't turn your back to the cat, but let it know that you're there by calmly talking.
