‘My Heart is Broken’, In-N-Out CEO Responds to Idaho Shooting

Tragic news broke over the weekend in Twin Falls, Idaho, that has now become a national headline.

An active shooter began firing shots in Twin Falls at the newly opened In-N-Out location, not far from the Perrine Bridge and the Visitors Center. Reports began to spread online of the incident, along with terrifying video.

Unfortunately, the online 'rumors' quickly turned into public safety alerts and news headlines.

Three individuals were confirmed dead and several more were injured, some in critical care, following the attack.

Along with statements from Governor of Idaho and several local law enforcement agencies, In-N-Out leadership released a statement expressing grief and support to the Twin Falls community and in particular, to the employee that lost their life while on the job.

My heart is broken, my chest is heavy, my eyes burn from the tears I've shed. We lost one of our beautiful associates tonight. She was taking care of our most important asset - our Customers, and her life was taken by a disgusting human

She went on to call for prayer.

Details on the tragedy are still limited and we expect more to come out from authorities over the next few days.

In-N-Out's Twin Falls location hasn't even been open for a full month yet.

The brand new building, according to a press release, features one drive-thru lane, indoor seating for 84 guests, and a covered patio with outdoor seating for 28 guests.
