It is the week before Thanksgiving, making it a busy time for many. There is grocery shopping to be done, food to begin preparing, cleaning the house, and cleaning the yard before the family arrives. This weekend can be stressful with all the preparation before the holiday next week, but through all the chaos, chores, and errands, it is nice to take a break and attend an event taking place. Escape the cooking and baking, take a break from errands, or get off the couch and attend one of the events taking place in the Magic Valley this weekend.

Movies are getting pricey, which is why sometimes you have to be selective when you go to the movies and what is worth seeing in theaters. Because of this, many of us miss getting out to go to the movies. You can still do so but save money in the process by going to the Twin Falls Public Library on Saturdays from 3 PM to 5 PM for Movie Matinee. This allows you to get out of the house, enjoy a movie, and do so for free. For more on Movie Matinee and to see what is going on at the Twin Falls Public Library, make sure to click the link above.
