Check Out These 6 Events in the Magic Valley This November
Last week was full of tons of events and fun. It was an eventful weekend filled with lots of candy, parties, fun, and even changing the clocks back to gain an extra hour. This weekend may not be as eventful, but that doesn't mean there isn't fun to be had. There is always something going on around the Magic Valley, and this weekend will be no different. Get out and have some fun this fall weekend at one of the events happening in the Magic Valley.
Thursday, November 6, Through Saturday, November 8 - CSI Men's Basketball
The CSI men's basketball team got off to a great start to their season, winning their first two games, and is currently 2-0. They won both games by blowing out the other team, winning by 18 and 30. This weekend, they will host another tournament as they will play in the Battle for the Boot on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The team will play Western Wyoming Community College on Thursday at 7 PM, and depending on how the game on Thursday plays out, will determine who the Golden Eagles play on Friday and Saturday. Friday, November 7 - Sunday, November 9 - Twin Falls Harvest Time Festival
The Magic Valley is a great place for arts, crafts, and shopping locally. Make sure to make some time to stop by the CSI Expo Center this weekend for the Twin Falls Harvest Time Festival. There will be many vendors indoors waiting for you to stop by and browse and shop. The festival will be happening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and will be open from 10 AM to 7 PM on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 AM to 4 PM on Sunday. Saturday, November 8 - Movie Matinee
There are a lot of great movies coming out this month and next, but going to the movies is expensive. Instead of spending a lot of money to go to the theater, you should go to the Twin Falls Public Library and enjoy a free movie at Movie Matinee. It takes place on Saturday at 3 PM, and this week they will be showing 'The Fantastic 4: First Steps', which is the one that came out this year. If you haven't seen it yet, here is your chance to see it for free. For more on Movie Matinee and other events coming up at the Twin Falls Public Library, make sure to click the link above.
Saturday, November 8 - SIP Idaho Liquor Tasting
Do you enjoy trying different types of liquors? It can be pricey buying your own and trying them at home, which is why it is great to attend an event like SIP Idaho Liquor Tasting. It is a great way to try some local drinks and see if you have been missing out on some great options. The event will be happening this Saturday at the Canyon Crest Event Center from 4 PM to 7:30 PM. General admission is $65, and VIP admission is $100. For more on the event, make sure to click the link above.
Saturday, November 8 - Live Pro Wrestling
Many of us grew up watching pro wrestling, and some still enjoy watching it today. Nothing beats watching it in person, and while the biggest wrestling company won't be coming to Twin Falls, you can still catch some live pro wrestling this weekend. Pro wrestling will be happening this Saturday at Brickhouse, located at 516 Hansen St in Twin Falls, and will begin at 6:30 PM. Tickets start at $20. For more on the event, make sure to click the link above.

Get out and have some fun this weekend. Go watch pro wrestling, enjoy a free movie, sip some liquor, go to a concert, shop at the harvest festival, or watch some basketball. Whatever you decide to do, have fun, be safe, and enjoy your weekend.
