Another week is ending, but this one is different than most. The Magic Valley doesn't have only one Easter egg hunt during the holiday weekend, but instead has so many that it is impossible to make it to them all. Many families have their favorites that they prefer to attend each year and if you plan accordingly you can hit up a decent amount of them. They take place throughout the area at different times and on different days.

Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20 - 13th Annual Easter Cantata

All are invited to the 13th Annual Easter Cantata: Beside Still Waters, put on by the Kimberly Idaho Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. April 19th and 20th at 7:00 pm. 3850 N 3500 E, Kimberly. Free admission.

Come celebrate the life, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ, as presented by a 84 member choir and 20 member orchestra accompanied by a visual presentation of over 90 pictures and videos from artists of many different faiths depicting the life of Jesus Christ.

Thursday, April 17 Through Saturday, April 19 - Animal Days

One of the best events of the spring is back and is happening this weekend. Animal Days will be taking place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Burley Straw Maze. Animal Days will be open from 9 AM to 8 PM on Thursday and Friday and from 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the gate.

If you are a fan of Edgar Allen Poe, there is an event this weekend you will not want to miss. An Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy event will be happening this Thursday and Friday at 360 Event Center in Twin Falls. Tickets are $55 for the event and there are multiple chances to attend.

Baseball season is in full swing, and the CSI baseball team will be playing at home this weekend. It should be a nice weekend to get out and cheer on the team. They currently are 28-20 on the season and lost their most recent game.

It should be a pleasant weekend to be outdoors, and for those who don't have small children to go to Easter egg hunts or want something else to do besides that, how about heading out to enjoy a softball game? CSI softball will be in action on Friday and Saturday, hosting a 4 game series against Snow College.

Who doesn't enjoy playing Bingo? It is always fun, anticipation grows as each number is called, and the joy of shouting 'Bingo' is an excitement everyone should experience. This weekend you can play for free and enjoy some wine at Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery.

Easter weekend is here and while it can often be about the kids, that doesn't mean adults can't have a little fun of their own.
