Depending on where you shop can depend on how much you pay, despite stores having the same products. Three dollars may not seem like a big deal, but that isn't where the research ends. If you search for the same snow blower at Walmart, it is only $125. You can click on the three links and compare and contrast, but the same product, three stores, three prices. This is why it is important to take your time with big purchases.

Recently, a coworker brought to my attention how different certain sites can be when ordering supplies for the office. She looked at a different site than usual to see if it was cheaper, only to find the same products we usually order, but for $50 more than the office normally pays. Same quantity, and the same brand, but way more cost. While it may be convenient to buy what you are looking for at the first store or on the first site, you don't want to spend money you don't have to, even if it does take a little time.
