In-N-Out Twin Falls Hiring, Pay Comparable To Some Hospital Jobs
Over the weekend, I got a notification that one of Twin Falls newest fast food restaurants has now begun the hiring process, even though construction completion is still several weeks away.
Upon further research, I also learned the eatery will pay staffers wages comparable to some hospital jobs, which might spark a major interest in a full-time position at the new burger joint scheduled to open this summer.
Sunday afternoon, as I was getting ready to watch the 61st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMs) hosted by Shania Twain, I got an alert on one of my apps that the Twin Falls In-N-Out has started the hiring process with wages ranging from $17.50 to $21.75 (higher for management).

I have friends and family who work at area hospitals and urgent care clinics, and have told me that In-N-Out wages are comparable to what they make. I'm aware of one hospital staffer who has worked an office position for five years with the company and is making just over $22 an hour.
This isn't anything against these southern Idaho healthcare companies and the pay they are providing for their employees, but instead a heads up that In-N-Out is offering pretty impressive wages for state standards.
In-N-Out is also offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, free meals, and two weeks of paid vacation/sick time for full-time employees as well, according to information on its official website.
