What Would You Do? Which Summer Concerts Do You Miss in Idaho?

What would you do? What would you do if there was a concert you wanted to attend in Boise on a Saturday night, but another artist you equally want to see in Salt Lake City the same night? Do you skip both or choose one? How do you choose who to see and who to miss? There are so many concerts taking place this summer that you will likely have to make some tough choices, but if found in this scenario, what would you do?

Summer Concerts Near the Magic Valley

If you haven't looked at the concerts coming to Boise or Salt Lake City this summer yet, you need to. There are some amazing shows traveling through this part of the country over the next couple of months, and it can make for some tough decisions to be made. A prime example of this is coming up when Gordy's HWY 30 Music Fest is taking place. It is the biggest event of the summer in Twin Falls, and there are four days packed full of talented artists. On the final day of the event, Saturday, June 24, the Boise Music Festival is also taking place. This is tough as both festivals have great lineups on that day. One is much closer to home, but depending on your preference for music or artists it is a very tough choice. If you have tickets to both, what would you do? 

Choosing Between Concerts this Summer

When it comes to buying tickets for concerts, do you put into account the overall cost? Perhaps you have to choose between Boise and Salt Lake City and are leaning towards the concert in Utah, but then you would spend more gas, perhaps more on hotel, and tickets could be a little pricier as well. If you go to Boise, you may not see the one you like more, but you could save money on gas, and even potentially drive home that night or find a cheaper hotel. Depending on who the artist is and how badly you want to see them, the cost may not matter since you will be spending money either way. This situation pops up every summer for certain concert goers and it is a dilemma that can be tough to solve.

I am such a penny pincher, I would likely take the cheaper option, but it ultimately comes down to who the artists are I am having to choose between. In an ideal world, you can find a way to see both, but that isn't always the case. If you find yourself in this scenario, what would you do?
