I used to say that I like Idaho, but after reading the results of this poll I’m beginning to question my heart.

The study looked at each state to see which ones were the most excited for the Daylight Saving time change this weekend and Idaho ranked near the top.

The real results should show all states tied for last place since nobody should be excited for this change. We spring forward and lose an hour of sleep.

I’m old and losing sleep takes me an exponential amount of time to recover.

Example: I stayed up late for New Years celebrations and I don’t think I’ve recovered yet…and it’s 2 months later.

If there were a silver lining to this time change, and that’s a BIG IF, it would have to be that we get more daylight during the normal waking hours.

The study results come from a gambling website email, Bet Missouri.

An added silver lining to the results is that we didn’t come in as the most excited states for the time change. Nope, that honor goes to Utah in first place and Washington in second.
