
Idaho Cemetery Visited By Ghostly Groundskeeper, Say Locals
Cemeteries freak some people out. I've always found them to be peaceful, beautiful, and a place to sit and get lost loved ones caught up on life.
As far as cemeteries rumored to have visitors from the afterlife, there's at least a handful in every state it seems. Southern Idaho has a few too where the word is unexplained, paranormal activity is frequently taking place on the grounds.
Located 150 miles southeast of Twin Falls is Malad City, a community of roughly 2,300 people. Malad City is home to a cemetery where the locals claim to have witnessed two apparitions, one of which is thought to be the ghost of a former maintenance worker.

According to Idaho Haunted Houses, a woman in a red dress has been seen on the grounds at night. Another alleged visitor is that of a former groundskeeper who, according to hauntedplaces.org, may have committed suicide there after being let go from his duties.
There are an estimated 144,000 cemeteries across the United States acting as a final resting place for our dearly departed, according to Whyy. If you do the research, you'll find that many of them have a history that includes visits from beneath the grave.
